Please ensure that you provide adequate insurance to cover the cost of lost or mislaid parcels as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. Customers should return items within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Worn, damaged or soiled items cannot be accepted for a refund, therefore please take care when trying garments on at home. Items should be returned in perfect condition, unworn and unmarked with all swing tags and original packaging in place. It will take up to 14 days to process a refund and we will confirm by letter that this has been done, please ensure that we have a legible address where we may contact you.

 

 

LEGAL STATEMENTS

 

Linen Lawn shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, arising from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Linen Lawn’s total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the cost of the goods supplied by Linen Lawn to the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
