HOW TO ORDER

 

1. You can order by phone calling us free of charge on 0800 048 8009. You can use any of the cards listed on the order form, Maestro/Switch and Solo (we do not accept American Express cards). You can discuss your order before you make payment if there are any queries. We are also happy to send a fabric swatch before you order an item, please e-mail your request.

 

2. You can also use the online form and email your order details to us directly, filling in the form as requested. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order, this is not an automated service and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

 

3. You can also download the PDF online order form and post it to us with your payment details / cheque with card details on the reverse. We will send you order confirmation and keep you informed about your order by email.

We will only keep your basic contact details to enable us to contact you regarding your order.

We have an opt out button on our contact page if you decide you do not wish us to keep your details. However we would like to stay in touch so we can update you on what’s new as well as offers and promotions from time to time.

Once you have given us your personal information we will not pass your details onto any other companies.

We abide by the guidelines for best practice as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
